Refund policy

Contact me if you feel the need for a return via email.  My standard policy is within 90 days and customer pays for shipping the item back.  If it is an issue with the product such as it has broken or arrived damaged, I may waive the shipping cost but will make the decision based on the information provided.  You can contact me for returns via the contact me section of my website or by emailing me at ElleDJewelry@Gmail.com.
